Since I have Speedetax system knowledge, I feel much more comfortable and happy. I did not have the same feelings with the other software. The speed of service provided by Speedetax to my clients has been fabulous and they are very satisfied. The educational help, technical assistance and especially 24/7 seasonal support by bilingual staff is extraordinary compared to the other company. My experience with speedetax is excellent!!
The sofware products are very easy to use, in a matter of minutes i can finish a return; in case of any help i need, the customer service is always there for any questions i need and to solve any situations i have, they are very knowledgeable and everything gets solve righ away.
I have been using these products for over 10 years and i would never change even if the price would be less with another company, i would never change it. I am very happy with this product and with their service!!!!!!
